Step 2 – Transportation
Given its weight and fragility, marble is transported as tiles or slabs. We rely on modern, reliable shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of premium natural stones to the UK.
Step 3 – Receipt and Storage of Raw Blocks
Once the raw marble blocks arrive at our facility, they are unloaded into our spacious gantry yard with the help of cutting-edge Gantry Cranes.
Step 4 – Dressing of Irregular Blocks
Using precision machinery, marble blocks are expertly dressed to remove any irregularities or natural imperfections, ensuring a flawless finish.
Step 5 – Sawing Process by Gang Saws
The dressed marble blocks are transferred to Gang-Saw trolleys, securely fixed using wooden wedges and a special gypsum mixture, and then cut into slabs with precision.
Step 6 – Application of Epoxy Resin
After drying in heat chambers, a high-quality resin is applied to fill cracks and enhance durability. This process involves vacuumization to eliminate air bubbles, resulting in a smooth and polished finish.
Step 7 – Movement of Processed Blocks
Processed marble slabs are carefully handled using high-performance forklifts and cranes, ensuring their integrity throughout the handling process.
Step 8 – Display and Storage of Processed Slabs
Our expansive storage facility, covering approximately 1 lakh square feet, allows for the secure and organized display of processed slabs, ensuring clients have access to the finest selection of natural stones.
