Our production facility is equipped with advanced machinery, including three high-speed diamond Gang saws and a fully automated resin line. We maintain a vast inventory of high-quality marble sourced both locally and internationally.
Gantry Yard
Upon arrival, marble blocks are carefully unloaded in our spacious Gantry Yard using modern Gantry Cranes, ensuring safe handling and preservation of quality during transportation.
Gang Saws
Marble blocks are placed on Gangsaw trolleys, sorted by size, and fixed to the machine with wedges and a special gypsum mixture for cutting.
Water-Efficient Filter Plant
Our Filter Plant helps conserve large amounts of water during the marble processing, ensuring an environmentally friendly and cost-effective production process.
Auto Epoxy Line
Minor cracks and imperfections in marble blocks are treated with epoxy to enhance their appearance and durability, using top-tier machinery that ensures even the smallest cracks are filled.
